This is the introductory class for Reiki – a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Students are able to experience these benefits for themselves, which is the primary goal of Reiki I. Students who wish may also offer Reiki to others.
The class is a one-day workshop, requiring 9 hours of your time and attention (including a lunch break). It is the pre-requisite for all other Reiki courses. We follow the Usui/Holy Fire® III system as taught by William Lee Rand.
In this class, you will receive the knowledge of how Reiki was discovered, how it works, and the path to becoming a Reiki master, should you desire. You will receive the Reiki I placement, the “Ocean of Love” experience, and have the opportunity to practice giving and receiving Reiki with others.
By itself, the tuition for this class is $150. When combined with Reiki II, the tuition (for both) is $300.
You will receive a hardcopy manual for Reiki levels I and II, various handouts and, upon successful completion, a certificate of your status.
This online class requires that you are connected to the internet with a laptop or desktop computer (PC, Mac, or Chromebook) with a camera and microphone suitable for video calls. (Tablets with sufficient screen size to allow for viewing documents may be acceptable). More information will be provided upon registration.
